You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to send items back. Your return label must be created and used within this 14-day window. Labels created but not used within this timeframe will be rejected.
Refunds are processed manually. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return reaches our warehouse.
Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels intact and security ribbon in place. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined at our discretion.
Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or compromised.
Should an item be returned in an unacceptable condition, we will notify you by email. If no response is received within 72 hours, the item will be returned to the original shipping address.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
These include:
- Final sale or clearance items including our Outlet page.*
- Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar items (unless unworn with hygiene seals intact)
- Gift cards
* Please note that all Outlet items are final sale. If you choose to return your purchase, a MURCI gift card equal to the value of the returned item will be issued by our Customer Service team
